How should you relax?

Here is why I also think it is a good idea to relax. Here are the three steps I take to relax. (there are more but these are some of them.) Just take a breath, have a chat, and become you again. Just relaxing can help with intensity and can help with your mental health. 

Firstly, just take a breath. Taking a deep breath is a good way to calm yourself down. It is also a good way to make it easier to talk to someone about what happened. It helps your emotions by being able to stop crying, pouting, and other things. Have a chat. I think talking to someone is a good idea because they can comfort you. It also can help you with your feelings. So they can figure out why you are feeling the way you are and help you get rid of that feeling. Become you again. A third thing is to do what you love most to take your mind off your feelings. Do something fun with your family to let them know that you are ok. Just be yourself and have fun with friends, family. Let them know that you are ok.

This is why it is a good idea to take a breath, have a chat and become you again.  Let you be the boss of your body, not your feelings. Let them know that you are stronger than they are and that you are the boss not them. Now it’s your turn. Try it once.
